Francis Létourneau, President & Chief Executive Officer
Francis Létourneau is a seasoned and accomplished Sales and Marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry. Mr.Létourneau is a results-oriented and self-driven professional with 20 years of experience at NuRAN Wireless Inc. Mr. Létourneau was initially promoted to member on the Board of Directors at NuRAN in 2015.
This experience has now earned him the title of President and CEO of NuRAN Wireless. Mr. Létourneau has been instrumental in steering NuRAN into a new direction through the implementation of a Network As A Service (NAAS) business model, which now defines NuRAN as a rural Mobile Network Enabler. As a result of this strategic initiative, NuRAN Wireless has now generated over $800 Millions Dollars in contracts in its initial year as NaaS supplier.
Mr. Létourneau holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Laval University, Quebec, Canada and is a Registered Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Jim Bailey, Chief Financial Officer
25+ years of experience working with Telecoms, Media and Technology companies. Roles include Director of M&A, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Director. A significant role in the NuRAN space was CFO and later CEO of Telecel International, a subsidiary of Orascom Telecom Holdings, which had operations across sub-Saharan Africa. He also worked in Business Development for the group cover the EMEA region and was CFO of Orascom Telecom WiMAX Limited, a joint venture with Intel Capital. For the last 10 years Jim has worked as a financial consultant to SMEs providing corporate finance advice in M&A, business planning and as interim/part-time CFO. He is holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, an MBA from London Business School and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Vitor M. Fonseca, Board Member
Vitor has over 25 years of experience in the finance and real estate industries. He is currently Vice President and Treasurer of Romspen Investment Corporation, one the largest private commercial real estate lender in Canada with a $3 billion north American portfolio. Immediately prior to joining Romspen he was Chief Operating Officer of a retirement home developer and operator.
He is currently a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Canntab Therapeutics Inc. and a director of Magellan Communities Care a not-for- profit organization developing a senior care complex in downtown Toronto. He is a former director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Mission Ready Services Inc. and of Enwave Energy Corporation.
Vitor holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management , a CPA-CGA and is also a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Brendan Purdy is a businessperson who has been at the helm of 7 different companies and presently is Chief Executive Officer, Secretary & Director at Canadian GoldCamps Corp., Chief Executive Officer & Director at International Cobalt Corp., Chief Financial Officer & Director at Transnational Cannabis Ltd. and General Counsel for 3sixty Secure Corp.

Ken Campbell, Board Member
Ken Campbell has more than twenty-five years of experience in the telecom industry. He has served in CEO and senior executive roles with operators in North America, North Africa and Europe. Mr. Campbell is also the Founder of Mobile Klinik, Canada’s leading smartphone repair network. Mr. Campbell is a senior adviser with PMP Conseil (Paris) and the Chairman of Canadian B2B operator, Terago. Mr. Campbell is also a Board member of Upstream Systems, a PE-backed secure mobile commerce company serving emerging markets. Previously, Mr. Campbell served as Managing Director of Moroccan operator, INWI. He was also previously the CEO of Ooredoo Tunisia where he led the operation during the post revolution period. Mr. Campbell was also founding CEO of Canadian operator, WIND Mobile and the CEO of private equity backed Bite Group in Lithuania and Latvia. Mr. Campbell has also served in executive leadership roles for Vodafone (Romania), Orascom Telecom and Orange (Egypt). Mr. Campbell began his career with the management consultancy, A.T. Kearney, based in Washington, DC. Mr. Campbell holds a Masters in Business Administration from London Business School in London, UK and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Economics) from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
