Quebec, QC, Canada, December 12th<\/sup>, 2019<\/em> \u2013 NuRAN Wireless Inc.<\/a> (\u201cNuRAN Wireless\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (CSE: NUR<\/a>) (OTC: NRRWF<\/a>) (FSE: 1RN<\/a>), a leading supplier of mobile and broadband wireless infrastructure solutions, is pleased to announce the results of voting at its annual general meeting of shareholders which was held on December 10, 2019, in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. All matters submitted to shareholders for approval as set out in the Company\u2019s notice of meeting and information circular were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the meeting.<\/p>\n
