Mr. Fouladi has also held a number of senior executive roles in the telecom industry including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chief Technology and Information Systems Officer at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtn.co.za\/\">MTN<\/a>, the largest telecom operator in Africa and one of NuRAN\u2019s current partner;<\/li>\n<li>Chief Technology Officer of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vodafone.com.au\/\">Vodafone<\/a> Spain and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vodafone.com.au\/\">Vodafone<\/a> Romania;<\/li>\n<li>Vice President of Multimedia and Services for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ericsson.com\/en\">Ericsson<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mr. Fouladi is currently based in Europe and has a deep and extensive understanding of the Asian, African and European wireless telecom and mobile networks markets. Mr. Fouladi is strategically positioned to assist NuRAN with both the technical and business challenges of rural and remote connectivity.<\/p>\n<p>Until December 2018, Mr. Fouladi was leading MTN\u2019s strategic realignment to focus on rural connectivity. His presentation at the Telecom Infra Project Summit in London in 2018 demonstrates his thought leadership: <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/296763428\">TIP Summit 2018 in London \u2013 Reaching the Unconnected by Babak Fouladi<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Martin Bedard Chief Executive Officer and President of NuRAN Wireless stated: \u201cWe are very excited and certainly look forward to having Babak join us.
