Quebec, QC, Canada, July 18th<\/sup>, 2018<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 NuRAN Wireless Inc. (CSE: NUR<\/a>) (OTC: NRRWF<\/a>) (FSE : 1RN<\/a>), a leading supplier of mobile and broadband wireless infrastructure solutions, is conducting a series of trials of the Telecom Infra Project\u2019s (TIP) OpenCellular wireless access platform with Tier-1 mobile network operators (\u201cMNOs\u201d). NuRAN is working in collaboration with Facebook and TIP as an original equipment manufacturer and distributor of OpenCellular.<\/p>\n

As a further step towards the wide scale adoption of OpenCellular, NuRAN has entered into agreements with multiple tier-1 MNOs to conduct trials to validate network compatibility and to confirm the product\u2019s functionalities, performance, and suitability for remote rural operation. Telecom equipment must go through a trial phase in order to be qualified by operators and in most cases involves lab and field trials. NuRAN has successfully completed a significant number of lab trials with these operators and is now preparing for field testing.<\/p>\n
