(TSX-V: BEW<\/a>, OTCQB: BEWFF<\/a>) are pleased to announce a joint demonstration leveraging the Nutaq LTE-M standalone network to enable BeWhere\u2019s LTE-M devices to be showcased at Mobile World Congress 2018 beginning on February 26th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Nutaq and BeWhere, a manufacturer of LTE-M and NB-IoT solutions specialized in tracking real-time information on movable assets and environmental sensors, will present a joint demonstration inside the GSMA Innovation City at Mobile World Congress, the largest gathering of the mobile industry which takes place annually in Barcelona. During the show, BeWhere will demonstrate its self-powered M-IoT\u00a0sensors based on the u-blox (UBXN:SWX<\/a>) SARA-N2 (NB-IoT) and SARA-R4 (Cat M1) modules and transmit the data through an LTE-M private network established by Nutaq\u2019s flagship test and measurement equipment, the PicoLTE.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This demonstration perfectly illustrates how Nutaq and the u-blox solutions combined can speed up the development and validation of Internet of Things (IoT) devices by enabling testing directly in the developers\u2019 lab. The Nutaq PicoLTE implements a complete LTE-M & NB-IoT network, while the u-blox modules, application boards, and developers tools facilitate device prototyping thus providing a complete ecosystem for developers to test the devices behavior under specific network conditions such as with power saving and coverage enhancement modes.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThe Nutaq PicoLTE has been a great tool for our customers, allowing them to speed up development in an emulated LTE-M or NB-IoT network environment,\u201d said Brad Sherrard, Senior Vice President of Sales at u-blox. \u201cAs a leader in IoT connectivity, u-blox has a comprehensive portfolio of modules for LTE-M and NB-IoT networks.
