Quebec, QC, Canada, <\/em>March 18th, 2016<\/em>\u00a0– NuRAN Wireless Inc. (\u201cNuRAN Wireless\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (CSE: NUR), announces that the Board Of Directors has appointed Mr. Francis Letourneau to the Board effective March 16, 2016.<\/p>\n

Mr. Letourneau joined the Company in 2003 and is responsible for the Company\u2019s sales and marketing functions, including implementing the Company\u2019s wireless product strategy. Mr. Letourneau holds a BA from Laval University and is a registered CMA. Mr. Letourneau will also be appointed as CFO. Mr. Letourneau brings his skills in business strategy, financial insight and senior leadership<\/p>\n

Mr. Anthony Jackson has resigned from the Board effective immediately in order to spend more time on his other business interests.\u00a0\u201cOn behalf of the Board of Directors and the entire organization, I want to express my sincere appreciation for Anthony\u2019s contributions to Nuran Wireless and wish him well in his business interests,” said Martin Bedard, co-CEO.<\/p>\n
