06/19/2018 - NuRAN has signed an MOU with Avanti Communications Group plc (“Avanti”), [AIM (AVN:LSE)] to market and distribute a combined 2G RAN product alongside Avanti’s Ka-band satellite backhaul solution.
06/14/2018 - NuRAN signed an agreement with Africa Mobile Networks (“AMN”), a wholesale mobile operator, to supply its rural 2G radio access network (RAN) solutions for a minimum of five countries with the potential of expanding to 13 additional countries. This agreement represents a potential of over 3,000 sites to be deployed in the initial five countries and can grow substantially with the additional projected 13 countries.

NuRAN Granted 5G Canadian Patent- A Disruptive Technology to Enhance Mobile Broadband and User Experience
04/12/2018 - NuRAN has been granted a Canadian Patent on its proprietary 5G Massive MIMO technology. A US patent has been already been filed and is currently pending. The NuRAN 5G Massive MIMO Canadian patent was awarded for its efficient and low complexity precoding/detection algorithm to enable an efficient implementation of massive MIMO technology.
04/03/2018 - NuRAN has received new purchase orders for its LiteCell GSM base stations valued at approximately four hundred thousand Canadian dollars ($400,000.00 CAD). Included in these new purchase orders is the initial phase of a rural cellular deployment in a Sub-Saharan African country. The overall rural expansion is expected to grow to a total of 150 sites to be deployed over two years.
